Paddington's House of Pancakes <3

Alright, my brother is still reluctant to call the streamyx authorities and so, blogging in cyber as usual. Alright, I got to admit this time that I found a right job for myself. I love working at as a waitress eventhough it is VERY tiring everyday. I just love to serve customers and it is way better then audition-ing the whole day which I find it very unproductive. Working at Paddington's has made me realise that you need to be adaptive to everything around you ; the customers demands, your manager demand, efficiency and lots more. I have so much more to learn and I think I shall keep my job as a part timer eventhough university awaits me at the end of February. Till then, lesson learn is that never trust anyone around you as people might be back stabbing you when you are unaware. This is what happen to both of my friends who work is still working in NOSE. They are quiting their job soon and I hope to see them in Paddington next month.


PS: Photos on Mark's 1 Utama outing will be uploaded as soon as my brother calls the internet authorities which I dont know when is it. I am tired of waiting already. Zzz.

First of all, I would like to appologize for NOT updating my blog for more then 1 week ! Reason is this ..

I so piss with STREAMYX. Curse your network if I have to. I do not have internet connection for MORE then 10 days and my fingers are getting very itchy by the moment. One or two days for not having internet connection, I can accept that, BUT more then 10 days .. GO TO HELL !!

Secondly..

I am currently using the cyber's computer near my house and it is so lousy. Argh ! I know that someone is punishing me ... I shall not talk about that




OK. Recent updates are:

1. I got a new job in Paddington's house of Pancake as waitress
2. 5 Cengal's outing in 1 Utama cause Mark's back from Melbourne !


- Well, the job as a waitress in the pancake house is not too bad I suppose. The manager is much more friendly. *100 times more better then the manager is NOSE* The pay is the same which is RM 4.50 per hour but they will increase your pay if you perform well. So, I am really glad working there. Nothing embarassing that has happen so far except I accidentally send wrong food to a table for once but no big deal. The customer did not complain or anything .. So I suppose that it is ok. I shall continue the job till end of Jan or maybe will continue working weekends even University has started XD



- 5 Cengal's outing was on tuesday ! 19 December 2006. I was happy to see my ex-classmates. Seriously, eversince we go our separate ways since this year ( although many had came to Taylors ) , we had not been hanging out much. So I was just so glad to see all of them are doing well in their respective college.

To MARK: You are suppose to buy me 4 chocalate Freddo from Australia but instead, you bought magical elves. Anyway, I still want to thank for your chocalates eventhough is not what I wanted. Gonna miss you lots when you go back to Australia in the end of January

I enjoy working eventhough it is tiring and demanding sometimes. I am crazee ..

Something funny ..

You know what? Something really funny happen on my 2nd day of work. There's a new recruit in town and his name is Tong. Below is a few funny situation that happen on that day.


1st situation:

Tong: Hello madam, can I help you?
Lady: erm, I would like a size 10 for this
Tong: ...

Back in the store room

Tong: eh mabel arr, you know right, the "lady" outside that I just layan..she is.. she is..
Mabel: SHE IS WHAT ??
Tong: She is a guy !!
Mabel: Huh ?! What you mean.. I dont understand
Tong: BONDAN la
Mabel: ...
Mabel: OMG .. good luck to you then
Mabel: *cant stop laughing*
Tong: You know what, "she" freaks me out :S
Mabel: Awww, so sad, I would like to see how bondan she..OOps, I mean "he" is

Outside

Tong: I am really sorry madam, but the biggest size is size 8
Bondan: Aww..such as pity
Bondan: *She took the shoes and throw it on the ground in a very gay way*
Tong: ...
Tong, Mabel & other stuff: LOL !!
Tong: "She" really freaks me out



2nd Situation:


Night time

Customer: Erm, I want size 5 for this shoes
Tong: Ok



After 5 minutes, Tong came out with a box of shoes in his hand and shows it to the customer

Customer: I DONT WANT THIS COLOUR !!

Tong looks at the shoes and said: OMG, so sorry..plz wait arr



After 3 minutes, Tong came out again with another box of shoes in his hand

Customer: WHAT IS THIS ?! *She said it in cantonese*



Tong looks at the shoes again. This time is worst, it is a completely different set of shoes. Tong was so embarassed and he had to say sry to the customer again =.= He went into the store room to take out another pair of shoes

Customer: ...
Tong: o_0



Tong looked desperate, he asked for help from one of the staff there and he finally got the correct pair of shoes for the customer.

Lesson learn for the day: Always check your shoes when you give to the customer.

1st day of work..

OMG, it's so tiring. My friend, Tsze was so right. She warn me before that the shop is lack of workers so therefore, it will be very tiring if you work there. *Haihz* Stupid customers, so demanding man. I wan this, size XX , colour XX .. Oh, it's not nice already .. I dont want. Mahai ! Cant they just make up their freaking mind !! Piss me off weii, somemore climb so high. I scare I fall only ..

Anywayz, something paiseh happen today also. I took wrong shoes for the customers 2 times. OMG .. How can I be so blur ?! Ugh. And one more thing, when I was climbing up the shelf to take shoes that time, suddenly a few boxes of shoes drop and nearly hit my manager. She said .. OOI, u come here to take shoes for customer or to drop the shoes wan ar? argh ! so pai seh again =( No wonder it's a stupid job ..

Hope it gets better as day passes by .. *Prays hard*

At last ..

I found a job in 1utama and shall be starting work on the coming Monday. Hope to earn some money to get myself some cool gadgets.
