CANT WAIT !!

I am working at Paddington's Curve outlet tomorrow .. Hope it is not too busy if not *P E N G S A N*

Payment day .. *nah*

Well, most of the staff in Paddington's got their cheque today except for part timers .. where the hell is my cheque ? I'm broke ! Haha
Anyway, went to the CURVE @ Mutiara Damansara with Eugene today. We went window shopping and guess where we had our lunch? Paddington's again .. haha xD you see? I am a loyal customer right xD
In the evening around 5.30pm, went to 1Utama with Taro ( my darling chef ) for bowling. Since he got his payment, he pay for the bowling .. how nice xD Called my abang after that, he invited me for a Port Dickson trip next Friday and he hopes that I am able to make it. I also hope that my mum lets me out next Friday since it is my off day. Until now .. * sayonara * Need some rest now, OT-ing tomorrow from 12pm to closing.

Hari ini, abang tersayangku telefon saya. Aku juga terkejut kerana biasanya, telefon bimbitnya tiada kredit dan dia biasa tak telefon orang lain kecuali isterinya.

Pukul 8.30 malam, telefon bimbit saya berbunyi, aku tengok .. Abang Zafri ? eh ? Kenapa dia call saya ni? Aku pun jawab sahaja ..


Abang: Hello adik
Saya: Hello
Abang: Dik, boleh call balik tak? aku hp tiada kredit lagi
Saya: Alright abang ..
Abang: Adik, I banyak rindu you la ..
Saya: Aku pun. Sudah lama tak jumpa you la abang .. I miss you alot !!
Abang: Yala, aku mau hantar msg "i love you" pun tiada kredit .. Aku kena minta kredit drpd orang lain
Saya: Abang ..
Saya: Esok mau jalan jalan tak dgn saya dan Kitaro? I sudah lama tak jumpa you la .. I malam malam kerja pun rindu sama dengan you, tau?
Abang: Aku tau. Tapi esok kan saya ada kerja. Aku cuti hari ini tau?
Saya: ...
Saya: APA ?!?! Kenapa boleh macam ni? Aku sangka you tiap tiap friday pun off day.
Abang: Yala, tapi Kapet sudah tukar mah
Saya: Adoi..
Saya: Abang, macam mana mau berjumpa?
Abang: You sekarang free tak?
Saya: Kenapa?
Abang: You boleh datang ke Bangsar tak sekarang?
Saya: Bangsar ?!?! why ..
Abang: Aku sekarang di sanala dengan isteri saya, oh ya, isteri saya mau cakap "hi" dengan you
Saya: Hi ..
Abang: Adik, boleh datang tak?
Saya: Tapi banyak jauh worr .. tambahan pula, mak tentu tak bagi
Abang: Alamak ..
Abang: You tinggal kat mana?
Saya: Taman Megah la. Kenapa?
Abang: Dekat Kelana Jaya situ kan?
Saya: Ya
Abang: I dan isteri I nak visit you sekarang .. boleh tak?
Saya: err.. nanti nanti, tak boleh la. Relatives saya sudah mau datang. Lain kali la ya?
Abang: Ok
Saya: Abang, jadual minggu depan Azahar buat. I dah minta dia letak kita berdua sama syif. Harap harap dia letak
Abang: Ya, I sudah lama tak jumpa you, lagipun, entah bila kita boleh jumpa lagi ..
Saya: Tak apa. Bila kita ada masa, kita boleh keluar
Abang: Ok


10 minit kemudian ..

Tut tut tut. Alamak, hp saya habis kredit pula. Celaka betul. Tapi, hati saya berasa sungguh gembira kerana abang tak lupakan saya walaupun sudah kerja di Curve selama 2 minggu .. Aku banyak sayangkan kamu, abang Zafri. You adalah abang yang paling BEST !!

Paddington curve outlet .. Here I come !!


I will be working in Paddington's Curve outlet beginning next week .. I cant wait !! All the staff that had work there said that it is very busy, however, I myself have not experience what you call by a real busy. Thats why, I am very eager and cant wait to go Curve outlet to work next week.

Thanks to the Saturday crowd @ Paddington, I manage to be the barista during the whole morning shift. Proud am I and I hope to learn more in this coming week xD

A worthy experience

This post is about a worthy expenrience that I can never forget and will always remember every sweet and bitterness of it. I am a lazy person as you can see, I dont like to move my ass around the house and all I like to do everyday is to sit infront of the computer and live with it. One day, I dont know why, *maybe I am crazy that time* I decided to apply for a job in 1Utama to kill time. I did get the job, but however I manage to survive for 4 days cause lots of backstabbing is going around .. Finally, I couldnt stand it anymore and I just quit as a sales assistant. I wanted to try something else that time, something that I like and something that I am able to hold on forever. And it just so happens that night itself, I went to eat at Paddington's with a group of friends. I looked at the surrondings and started to think ... " how about giving a shot and work in a F&B environment? " But certainly, many issues puzzled me. " What if I am not good? What if the people there are not nice? What if ... " However, I manage to fill in the application form on that night itself and was hopping that they will call me back. Infact, on sunday night, they did call back and I was asked to return for an interview the next day. Interview went well and I manage to get the job. This is when my journey of worthiness begins ..

I can tell you many reasons why I love working ..

1. I am able to learn something new everyday
2. People there are very friendly
3. I got many close brothers and sisters
4. I get to do things that I have never done at home in my entire life
5. Experience

Up till now, I have never regret applying for this job. Although it is demanding at times *blame the customers* , there is no other work place like PHOP. Recalling back, it has been a month ever since I work there. I have learn many things that I, myself have never experience before. I've learn how to fullfill customers wants and needs, I've learn how to respect my boss and have fun with them at the same time, I've learn how to make drinks .. although I am still not good at it *sry lin shan* I've learn how to handle sudden crowds without showing any sign of panic. This is a few of the valuable things I've learn and I can be more proud then ever to tell everyone that " PHOP is the best place I ever work "

" Bad hair day "

Forget being a barista, I cant even make a simple nice Latte for Ibrahim. Guess that I need more practice .. sigh
I am sick from work. Stomachache during the noon and cough plus sore throat during the night. Ibrahim situation is worst then me, he had diarrhoea and had to leave early. Thats it, I am going to see the doctor tomorrow .. bed time for me now. Nitez.

OMG, I am freaking stress now. I got a week to learn how to make every single drinks in the menu book and I have to memorise all the ingredients by heart also. Somebody please buy me a coffin !

Indo Mee in Paddington's

Today's shift was so boring until the kitchen crew was playing with video games on their handphone. We even cook our own egg and eat with pancakes for FREE. Fun right? Yup, so fun !! But today was kinda sad, my darling brother, Shahiman had to go to central kitchen at Mutiara Damansara together with Rizal to cook for 1 week worth of supply. It means that .. I cannot go break with him. Argh !!

My 1st brother Zafri which I always call him abang came for closing shift today. That naughty abang keep cursing bad words non stop in chinese and he even sings Nicholas Teoh which is sounded awful. No wonder it is raining now. Haha. Anywayz, before I go home, I bought indo mee from Giant and we all cook to eat. Cool right? Imagine eating indo maggie mee in a pancake shop .. LOL

I cant find any reason why to quit my job in Paddington's. But I can give you 1000 reasons why I dont wanna quit .. I just love it there.

Finally friends, my internet is finally working and I am able to online. Haha !! Lets start with the recent events. Countdown 2007 in 1 utama was the best countdown in my entire life. No joke. I am being serious. Since I am working in 1 utama during new year's eve, I invited my family to have a new year's dinner at Paddington's house of Pancakes and later then, I went to the countdown concert. It was like oh my god, people mountain people sea. Lucky my brother got VIP pass from his friend and so the both of us manage to stand at the very front. I was so happy that time and manage to take a glance of many artists. Morever, it was my best new year's celebration I ever had and to all the service and kitchen staffs of Paddington's - I love you guys !! And to the kitchen staffs who I regard them as my abang, thanks for cooking free pancakes for me all the time. You guys are the best brothers I ever had. muaxx.
